MA Living formally known as MA Headboards was set up in the early 80s by Mr Akbar who found a niche in the market to supply bedding companies in the local area with upholstered headboards.
Mr Akbar developed great contacts within the industry and the business grew rapidly encouraging Mr Akbar to move to bigger premises.
In over 30 years the Company has relocated 4 times in order to sustain its growth. Mr Akbar`s Sons joined him in business and developed a full range of upholstered bedroom furniture. The Company re branded as MA Living Limited in 2011.
In January 2016 MA Living relocated to new premises and has invested heavily in stock, mainly: Machinery and Plant to help increase productivity and service to their stockists.
MA Living is still a family owned business and some of the family including Mr Akbar work on a day to day basis in the business.
In the last 3 years MA Living has been accepted into the NBF and has full accreditation as a full member. They have also joined the BFM and have many more exciting projects planned in the near future.
The Company have invested in design, working very closely with award winning interior designers who have aiding the company in developing their product ranges to the level we currently feature.
For the future MA Living intend to expand their product portfolio offering quality, style, and continued service to our selected partners. MA Living continue to supply some of the larger Bed manufacturers in the area with goods on a daily basis as our quality and service is unsurpassed
The company has expanded through our dedicated sales team and we continue to look for opportunities with the right partners for the future.
